CARE ADVICE FOR YOUR HMC JEWELLERY
At hmc we have used the best possible 18k gold, sterling silver, freshwater pearls and crystals to name a few. Precious materials such as these require some love and attention to keep them at their best!
Our suggestion is to use a soft cloth with some non-abrasive jewellery wash. Try to remember to remove your hmc pieces before showering, sweating or swimming.
hmc want your pieces to last so make sure clasps and stones are intact before wear to avoid loss.

Some pieces are made in small quantities and will be taken down once they are sold out. If you don’t see a piece you are interested in, just email us and we will be able to advise whether the piece will be coming back to hmc.
For hygiene reasons unfortunately there are no returns and / or exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (ONLY WITHIN 8 HOURS OF ORDER)
Cancellations are only available within 8 hours after you place your order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order details and we will arrange the cancellation and refund of payment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are processed 7 days a week. During busy periods there is can be to a 3 business day turnaround from the time of payment until shipment.
hmc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or incorrect delivery due to incomplete address information provided – replacements or refunds will not be provided.
hmc ships worldwide, excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Oman, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and signature. Once an order has been shipped from our office, delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.
